Western Pelion includes the villages : of Hania, Portaria, Makrinitsa, Milies, Vyzitsa, Agria, Kala Nera, Kato Gatzea, Ano and Kato Lehonia, Agios Georgios Nilias, Agios Lavrentios, Agios Vlassis, Anakasias, Ali Meria, Katohori, Koukourava, Keramidi , Kamari, Agios Onoufrios, Afetes and Neochori, Veneto.

North Pelion includes the villages: Glafyra, Kato Kerassia, Ano Kerassia, Kanalia.

South Pelion includes the villages: Syki, Argalasti, Xinovrisi, Metohi, Lafko, Promiri, Platanias, Lyri, Kastri, Katigiorgis, Milina and Trikeri.
